  • Return Window: You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item(s) if applicable

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
